RMHF Mission #49 Video
Good morning, Brothers and friends – you all know of my strong commitment and involvement in the Rocky Mountain Honor Flight and I wanted to share this with you. It’s humbling and so heart-warming to be able to assist with these flights and to share these meaningful trips with true heroes.
We were accompanied on our most recent Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. by Claudia Garofalo and Adam Evans from 9News in Denver. They were great fellow Guardians and jumped right in to push wheelchairs, carry bags, and help our honored veterans enjoy their trip.
Adam has put together a brief video of the Honor Flight that took place October 3-5. You must download it in order to watch the video, because it is about 12 minutes long. I hope that you will take a few minutes to view this – Adam really did a great job capturing our trip.
Rocky Mountain Honor Flight is totally funded by donations from our supporters and our four trips each year are at no cost to each of the thirty veterans on each flight. As Guardians, we pay our own way on each flight. 9News will be hosting a fundraising telethon in April, 2025 and we are always looking for volunteers to help out.
